The central structure is led by MOISES ASSAYAG<\/strong>, experienced business manager and business structurer, having accumulated diverse experiences in those contexts. <\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2007, leading deep transformation projects in companies\u00a0<\/span>and business, has been CEO\/Executive Director and Board Member at\u00a0<\/span>several companies in Brazil and South America, in the Facilities Management, BPO, IT, Contact Center, Staffing, HR, Energy Efficiency, Construction and Distribution markets. Member of Strategic Business Committees in Brazil and abroad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Extensive experience initially obtained in all areas of Corporate Finance (Treasury, Planning, Controls, Investor Relations), including Strategy (design and implementation), New Business Development, Agreements and Alliances (JV's, Strategic Alliances, M&A) and in negotiations, in diverse multi-cultural environments, in Brazil, Europe, USA and Latin America.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaker at several sectoral and corporate events on transformation projects, over the years, in countries such as the USA, United Kingdom, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, France and Dubai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsible for structuring and managing companies in various markets, in phases of accelerated growth for consecutive years. He has carried out start-ups and restructurings in several companies or business units.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor's Degree in Economics (UFBa), Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance (PUC-RJ)\u00a0<\/span>and MSc in International Accounting and Finance, from LSE \u2013 The London School of Economics and Political Science.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He speaks fluent English, Spanish and French, in addition to his native Portuguese.<\/span><\/p>\n
