Implementation of an International Company in Brazil with Design and Implementation of its Successful Growth Strategy

Situation

European entertainment company looking to establish itself in Brazil. Need to close the JV agreement with the Partner, acquire a key supplier for operations, form the team, recruit people, select service providers, all in a short time of 60 days.

 

Mission

The new company would need to be built on a completely different basis from the existing underperforming unit, in order to interrupt the rapidly declining revenue stream from it and the market in general in Brazil.

Company implementation deadline: 42 days. We designed and proposed a plan with 3 phases: Implementation, Consolidation and Handover.

 

Results

Project team formed based on an understanding of the Client's strategy for the local market, with a specialist in business and company start-ups, a professional CEO from the consumer goods industry, experienced in launching products and developing distribution channels, together with a Controller, a position in control and administrative management, fundamental for that stage of the company.

Proposal for strategy and new commercial plan. Proposal for organizational structure and hiring of the entire first and second teams.

The company's results exceeded budget, with the company's first revenue ahead of schedule, the reversal of the historic drop in business volume in its market, the opening of points of sale in a higher quantity than expected and the consolidation of relationships that will guarantee inorganic growth in 2017.
