The Transition Manager allocated to the Project has an overqualified, very senior and specific profile for the Mission, having faced the situation pending resolution many times before, which increases the chances of his actions being accurate and his performance satisfactory in fulfilling the Mission and achieving the Project goals.
Neutrality
Vis-à-vis the Mission situation and the decisions to be made versus their possible outcome, our Manager has no past or future connections in the company, no emotional ties to the decision to be made or the people involved, wich can blur his judgement in decision making.
Temporariness
The cost disappears along with the Project the moment the solution is implemented.
If a new set of challenges emerges later and it requires other capabilities, we can be called into action again, without permanently weighing on the company's fixed costs.
Support
The Transition Manager will be permanently supported by a Channel Senior Partner, reinforcing the project and also freeing up time for the Client team.
